I can see your concerns that this is nothing new, but it sees Nokia honing in on an 'ideal' feature set. The DVB-H TV that was meant to be a selling point of the N96 is gone as the service is not yet available, but things like the touch screen and the keyboard will make this (hopefully) a great phone.

Hi,

I had this problem after 4 days of getting the phone. The keys right next to the screen are loose and bouncy and they make squeaking sounds whenever I press them. I took my phone back to Nokia Service Center and they replaced it for me FOC as it's still under warranty. But I noticed that after the fixed it, there's a tiny gap between the keypad and the screen, which makes the board underneath it visible. Looks worse when the keypad lights illuminates coz then you can see the "bleeding" light.

I recently starting using http://parkmytv.com which hosts my slingbox or hava box for me and I'm now getting MUCh better video quality since I'm not limited to my home DSL upload speeds and I pleasantly no longer annoy those at home watching TV while I'm switching channels on them while away :) I think they are in trials now but I was able to get an account early on...

The keyboard can be swapped out, you have to deconstruct the whole phone, try this link: http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=1439294
